While the old site had contact information readily available, it didn’t convey a sense of the company or a professional presentation consistent with the personality of the owner. This made the site and more importantly the professional representation of the company online appear of a lower quality than the actual experience customers consistently reported having of the company itself. | While the new site has all of the information and resources you would find on other web sites in the industry, it is now designed and arranged in such a way that visitors can get a sense of what makes the company unique first before calling or writing. The presentation of the company is clean and professional, very consistent with the experience of doing business with it.
